Step 1: Open Saffron Finance

Step 2: Find the liquidity pool you wish to join

Step 3: Follow the instructions to the side (in this example we need to go to Uniswap to add liquidity)

Step 4: Add liquidity

Step 5: Deposit and watch your earnings accrue in real time!

Hey guys, Dingo here back again with another Saffron Academy video. Now that V2 is here, we have massively simplified the process of joining a liquidity pool. Let's take a look:

When we load up the new Saffron Finance V2 app, you'll see our landing page has changed a bit. It features all of our liquidity pools up front. In addition we'll highlight certain pools displaying featured pools and some of the newest arrivals to the Saffron ecosystem at the top. You can click the kabob menu next to your wallet to navigate to our socials, our github, and even our V1 website.

Now with Saffron V2, you can manually search for a pool by the pair or token name or sort the pool list by APR or TVL. Let's join the SFI/ETH pool. It looks like this pool requires LP tokens from Uniswap, so let's hop on over to Uniswap and add liquidity. Now that that's done and we have LP tokens in our wallet, let's head back to our website and deposit.

Like usual, you'll have to pay a gas fee but with the removal of epochs and the introduction of perpetual staking, you don't have to worry about unstaking and restaking after every epoch with V2 - you can just set it and forget it. In addition, you'll also see your earnings generated in real time.

What do you think? Pretty simple, huh? As always if you have any questions on this process we'll be around in the discord and telegram to help out.
